Our Consultants conduct customised competency based interviews, face to face, to assess a candidates skills set, career history and cultural fit plus extensive reference checking before presenting them to your organisation.

Key Services

Contingency Search

Otherwise known as Database Search, this is a 'no win, no fee' service utilising Zinc Recruitment's ® database. Our Consultants will take a comprehensive job brief and then match the person specification against our pre-screened candidates.

Retainer Based Search

Sometimes called headhunting. The retainer is a third (1/3) of the fee upfront, based on the anticipated salary package, a second payment (1/3) is payable on short listing an agreed number of candidates and the final payment (1/3) is payable on placement. The benefit to the client in adopting this service is the guarantee of priority and a set time frame for the delivery of suitable candidates.

Client Paid Advertising

In the event that there is a requirement for more than one candidate, a specific skill sets is sought or a client wishes to have a branded recruitment presence, we offer client-paid-advertising in which Zinc Recruitment ® manages the advertising response for no charge. We can advise you on a cost effective advertising campaign if needed and then manage the response by shortlisting candidates through a comprehensive assessment.
